Meet Mazden Ng, the driving force behind Limitless Fitness. A graduate of Western Kentucky University in 2016, Mazden's dedication to coaching for sports performance spans volleyball, basketball, track & field, football, soccer, swimming, and even cheerleading.

Since becoming a strength and conditioning specialist in January 2020, Mazden has accumulated over 10 years of personal fitness experience. He spent 1 year at D1 Sports Training and over 6 years working with Bowling Green High School sports, focusing on pre-season and off-season programs for basketball, volleyball, and softball. He has also been working with BG junior high volleyball for the past 3 years.

He has also partnered with Bravo and Skeva volleyball clubs offering sports performance training to help their athletes perform at a higher level.

With a focus on long-term athletic development & health, Mazden's passion lies in helping you get to where you desire to be. Whether the end goal is playing at the next level of sport, or building upon current fitness capabilities. From his home garage gym, he offers private training for everyone, from youth to older adults. His goal is simple: helping others be the best version of themselves.

Ranging from youth to collegiate level athletes, and general population, you’ll be provided with guidance to improve overall health, body composition and/or athletic performance.

Utilizes all different modalities of resistance training depending on the clients preferences & goals.(strength, speed, “sport specific” training, weightlifting, bodybuilding and calisthenics).

Favorite activities include eating, spending time with his wife, traveling, coaching, athletic training, basketball & volleyball.
